Life After Alberta Child Care Accreditation
At Brite Beginnings Early Learning and Childcare Centre, excellence in child care isn’t just a standard—it’s a promise we uphold every single day.
The Alberta Child Care Accreditation Program was a voluntary initiative designed to raise the quality of child care across the province. It provided a framework of high standards and criteria, encouraging collaboration among parents, educators, and operators to recognize and celebrate exceptional programs.
In June 2005, we were proud to be one of the first centres to receive accreditation status from the Accreditation of Early Learning and Care Services. This recognition reflected our dedication to delivering outstanding care and education. For over 15 years, we maintained this status, consistently exceeding the benchmarks of quality until the program was discontinued by the Alberta Government in April 2020.
